Music festival set to be a thriller!
Tribute acts are flocking to Mansfield to take part in Summer Music Sundae - a brand new six hour spectacular music event; part of the Summer in the Streets Festival.

The event, to which admission is free, takes place in the Town Centre Market Place on Sunday 13 July from 11am-5pm and features some of the UK's best tribute acts: among them Navi, said to be the world's number one Michael Jackson impersonator.
He is so convincing that he has acted as a decoy for the Prince of Pop himself on several occasions and has performed before him several times too!
Also performing at the event will be tribute acts to the hugely successful groups Girls Aloud and Take That.
And to get everyone in the mood; reggae and swing bands will kick off the event with a whole host of classic tunes set to get the party going.
Lisa Vincent Town Centre Events and Promotions Co-ordinator: commented: "I am sure this fantastic new event will prove just as popular with Mansfield District residents as the other Summer in the Streets events."
"With some of the UK's top tribute acts appearing – this event is certainly one not to miss."

The running order for the event will be:
- Reggae
- Swing
- Girls Aloud tribute
- Michael Jackson tribute
- Take That tribute
The Mansfield 103.2 roadshow will also be on hand providing fun and excitement throughout the day!
Summer in the Streets is a nine week programme of events organised by Mansfield District Council and Mansfield Town Centre Partnership. The festival is in its sixth year of bringing fun, colour and entertainment to the town centre and its surroundings.
